Boeing 777X

The Boeing 777X is the latest addition of the long range, wide-body, twin engine Boeing 777 family. The 777-8 provides seating of 384 passengers with a range of 16 170km. The larger 777-9 provides seating of 426 passengers and a range of over 13 500km. It is also the successor to the popular 777 series.

Up to date, the largest order of the 777X comes from Emirates, which have ordered more than 100 of it to replace their existing 777 fleet. Other airlines such as Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Etihad Airways, British Airways and many other airlines have also ordered at least 15 of the 777X to replace existing 777 fleet.
