With tighter circuit breaker measures, the authorities have decided to close down Terminals 2 & 4 of Changi Airport so as to cut expenditure and operating costs. Airlines located at these terminals will be relocated to Terminals 1 & 3. The closure of Terminal 2 will also facilitate redevelopment works for an increase in passenger capacity after the expansion.
